The salary will be based on your skills, experience, and anything else you bring to the table. But expect our offer to be at *least* $45/hr (excluding bonuses, allowances, and penalties/overtime).

We do residential and commercial plumbing and maintenance, stormwater and sewer blockages, burst pipes, roofing, gas works… If it’s plumbing and it can leak, then it’s probably a service we offer. Our technicians work across all areas of the business, so you should expect to get involved in a wide range of plumbing installations and maintenance work. If you’ve ever wanted to do a huge variety of different works in the plumbing industry, then you’ll probably like it here.

Where we operate

  • Our workshop is centrally located in Seaford
  • We cover from Mount Eliza to the Westgate, but 80% of our work is within the inner eastern suburbs and CBD
  • We do occasional regional work, on a strictly volunteer basis (we won't take a job if nobody wants to do it)

What we don't do

  • Volume builds
  • Mechanical
  • Work for rude customers who disrespect our team

What we're looking for from you

  • Plumber - Must have 2 years minimal experience in general plumbing and residential maintenance 
  • Must have roofing experience 
  • Apprentice - Must be keen, neat, prompt and a team player 
  • ** if you're fresh out your apprenticeship and have a clear goal talk to us
  • Victorian Plumbing license (Registered)
  • Manual driver's license
  • White/blue card (Not mandatory but handy)
  • Must have good customer and people skills
  • Must be a team player and willing to work and train apprentices 
  • Must be a good communicator 
  • Must have own hand tools 
  • Must have a 'Can do" attitude 
  • Must LOVE PLUMBING like us 

That’s it. Anything else you need (first aid, LVR/CPR, EWP, working at heights etc.) we’ll pay for if you don’t already have it.
