The salary will be based on your skills, experience, and anything else you bring to the table. But expect our offer to be at *least* $45/hr (excluding bonuses, allowances, and penalties/overtime).

What we offer that you probably won't get elsewhere:

You get a boss thats more like a team mate and coach
A working environment thats respectful and enjoyable
Extra training that can help you grow and achieve your goals; every year we allocate a $5k allowance (per technician) and paid time off (a week per technician) for all our technicians to undertake *whatever industry training or courses they like*. And any training that we *require* you to do does not come off your allowance.
Huge variety of work; we can *guarantee* that not every day is the same

Regular bonuses; we want *everybody* to make money, so when the company wins so does everybody who works here.
Job security; we're looking for people to make part of the team that we can invest in for the long term, we don't hire for specific project(s)
$2k signing bonus, paid once you completed the Prorec Probation period
Option for profit sharing in the business after 24 months

We do residential and commercial plumbing and maintenance, stormwater and sewer blockages, burst pipes, roofing, gas works… If it’s plumbing and it can leak, then it’s probably a service we offer. Our technicians work across all areas of the business, so you should expect to get involved in a wide range of plumbing installations and maintenance work. If you’ve ever wanted to do a huge variety of different works in the plumbing industry, then you’ll probably like it here.

Seb was great. He was at the desired time requested earlier actually which suited me well. He sorted out my leak effortlessly and the whole process took about 1hr from start to finish. He was very helpful and knowledgeable too. Thank you Seb for fixing my leak.
